Erskine Law Managing Partner Mary Arens McBride

Mary Arens McBride began her legal career as an associate attorney with Barkan & Barkan, Co., LPA, in Columbus, Ohio. Following four years in this role, she joined Baker Hostetler, LLP, where she worked as a practicing attorney from 2000 through 2014. During her time with Baker Hostetler, Mary Arens McBride practiced extensively in areas of lemon law, warranty, and consumer fraud, on behalf of major clients such as Ford Motor Company and Jaguar Land Rover.

In 2014, Ms. McBride entered into her current position as a managing partner with the Orange, California, office of Erskine Law, PC. Her responsibilities in this role primarily involve providing outside counsel support to General Motors in 41 states.

Ms. McBride studied government at the University of Notre Dame and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1993. She continued her education at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 1996. Over the course of her career, she has been admitted to practice law in both Ohio and California, as well as multiple Federal district courts throughout both states.
